Web3 Security Senior Operations Specialist

About the role

This role focuses on safeguarding Binance's Web3 operations by analyzing security threats and developing robust defense mechanisms. You will contribute to building and refining operational procedures to enhance the security posture of our digital asset products.

What you'll do

• Examine intricate Web3 security incidents to identify recurring attack methods and create detailed standard operating procedures.
• Identify weaknesses in existing operational processes and suggest improvements to boost team effectiveness.
• Collaborate with AI tools to refine security findings into a valuable knowledge repository, enhancing team understanding and operational speed.
• Monitor new fraud tactics and changes in Web3 product logic, converting these observations into practical security measures for the team.
• Work with engineering and strategy departments to convert manual analysis tasks into automated detection rules.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in anti-fraud, risk management, or blockchain-related areas, with a demonstrated ability to solve complex issues systematically.
• Ability to break down complex scams or technical exploits into understandable steps. While deep coding skills are not essential, a strong grasp of technical logic and user interaction sequences is required.
• A quick learner with a keen interest in AI, capable of using and guiding AI tools to amplify personal productivity and improve data quality.
• Proficiency in producing clear, professional documentation and communicating effectively within an international team.
• Understanding of the specific security challenges within DeFi, Wallet products, and the broader Web3 landscape.
