What you'll do

• Perform due diligence on potential partners, vendors, and issuers, delivering reports that support executive decision-making.
• Build financial and commercial models to assess the profitability, pricing, and structure of various products.
• Monitor the broader capital markets landscape to benchmark competitors and identify strategic positioning.
• Draft internal memos and management presentations that distill complex data into clear recommendations.
• Monitor equity offerings and market trends to highlight potential risks or new business opportunities.
• Manage specific workstreams throughout the entire lifecycle of a transaction or product launch.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in investment banking or equity capital markets at a financial institution or advisory firm.
• Deep knowledge of how public and private capital raises function, including IPOs and follow-on offerings.
• Advanced proficiency in quantitative analysis and financial modeling.
• Ability to write professional, institutional-grade documents for senior leadership.
• Proven ability to work independently, create new processes, and thrive in fast-moving environments.
• Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to meet tight deadlines while exercising commercial judgment.

• Prior experience or a strong interest in tokenization and the integration of equity markets with digital assets.
