• Collaborate with CRM, product, content, and paid advertising departments to implement initiatives.

Requirements

• 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, growth, performance, or product development within fintech, crypto, e-commerce, or mobile applications.
• Demonstrated history of managing full-cycle growth campaigns that delivered clear business results.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets to guide decision-making.
• Self-directed work style suitable for a high-speed environment.
• Practical experience with campaign optimization and experimentation frameworks.
• Native fluency in Ukrainian plus professional proficiency in English and Russian.
• Genuine interest in the fintech and cryptocurrency sectors.

Practical notes
