QA Engineer (Frontend, Mobile, Java)

Join our Futures team as a QA Automation Engineer. You will be essential in ensuring the quality of our products across web, desktop, and mobile. You will collaborate with engineering, product, design, and operations teams throughout the development process, contributing to test strategy and execution.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from understanding requirements to planning, executing tests, tracking defects, and supporting product delivery.
• Work alongside software engineers, product managers, designers, and operations to provide feedback on system design and implementation.
• Establish and maintain testing environments, including those using Node.js, Java, Go, Python, and local blockchain technologies.
• Create detailed and thorough test plans and test cases.
• Conduct various types of testing, including black-box, white-box, security, automated scripts, and performance testing on web, Windows, and mobile operating systems.
• Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and team efficiency by staying current with technology trends.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in QA Automation.
• Strong programming abilities in Java or Python, with experience in common automation frameworks.
• Practical experience with mobile testing methods such as performance testing, stress testing, startup time analysis, frame rendering, and network condition testing.
• Ability to design and implement comprehensive test plans for complex projects.
• Skill in performing root cause analysis to identify and fix software quality issues.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is necessary for communication with international partners.

Nice to have

• Experience with iOS/Android development.
• Familiarity with secondary development tools.
• Knowledge of mainstream AI models and practical application in projects.
