Product Manager - Staking

About the role

Binance is seeking a Product Manager to join the Institutional ToB Wallet team. You will manage the lifecycle of Proof-of-Stake staking products while coordinating complex technical workflows between internal infrastructure teams and external node providers.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for institutional staking and yield-generating features.
• Convert complex blockchain consensus logic, such as node delegation and un-delegation delays, into functional B2B workflows.
• Ensure all staking operations align with MPC multi-signature security requirements.
• Manage the integration of high-value blockchains including ETH, SOL, SUI, and AVAX.
• Design smart contract ABI parsers to simplify non-EVM logic for institutional users.
• Create detailed PRDs, state-flow diagrams, and high-fidelity UI/UX prototypes in Figma.
• Drive daily Agile sprints and resolve technical integration blockers with R&D, frontend, and QA teams.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of product management experience within the tech or Web3 sectors.
• Proficiency in Figma for creating interactive prototypes and communicating design intent.
• Technical familiarity with API calls, JSON structures, and backend integration challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel projects and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Experience with B2B asset management platforms or complex backend systems.

Nice to have

• Academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• Practical knowledge of PoS staking economics, governance, and node delegation.
• Experience with multi-chain wallet integrations or smart contract interaction logic.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
