Senior Product Manager, Tradfi Options

About the role

Binance is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our Tradfi Options products. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our derivatives trading offerings, working within a fast-paced, global environment. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets and a proven ability to deliver complex products.

What you'll do

• Oversee the entire product journey for options and related derivatives, from initial concept to market release and ongoing improvements.
• Enhance the functionality and user experience of options and other derivative instruments available on the platform.
• Formulate and implement product strategies that support Binance's overall objectives and adapt to market shifts.
• Work collaboratively with engineering, design, risk management, compliance, and marketing departments.
• Examine market information, customer input, and competitor activities to find areas for growth and refine product effectiveness.
• Clearly articulate product specifications, user needs, and success metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a Product Manager or Business Analyst role, ideally within trading, derivatives, or fintech sectors.
• Extensive knowledge of trading instruments and financial markets; a strong background in options and derivatives is highly valued.
• Demonstrated success in guiding a product from its initial research phase through a complete launch, including planning, iteration, and growth.
• Experience with traditional stock options product design or direct options trading experience is beneficial.
