About the role

This program seeks talented individuals to contribute to the development of innovative products within Binance's global blockchain ecosystem. You will work on features from conception through deployment, utilizing advanced AI coding assistants as a core part of your daily work.

What you'll do

• Take full ownership of product feature development, covering both frontend and backend aspects.
• Integrate leading AI coding assistants, such as Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code, into your daily development process to enhance efficiency.
• Transform product requirements into functional implementations, ensuring smooth transitions between frontend and backend work.
• Act as a foundational full-stack developer within your team, promoting best practices and guiding colleagues in AI-assisted development.
• Identify and propose solutions for inefficiencies in cross-team collaboration and development processes.
• Participate in all stages of the product lifecycle, from initial ideas to ongoing improvements.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science or an AI-related field.
• Possess 1-5 years of professional software development experience.
• Demonstrate a strong command of at least one backend programming language, such as Java or Golang.
• Be proficient in Node.js and React.
• Have experience managing complete projects through to production, beyond personal projects.
• Understand database design, data modeling, and fundamental backend principles.
• Be highly skilled in using AI coding tools like Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar.
• Possess the ability to clearly communicate requirements to AI tools and critically evaluate and correct AI-generated code.
• Exhibit a proactive and self-directed approach to identifying and addressing needs.
• Demonstrate a product-oriented and operational mindset, capable of translating abstract concepts into concrete specifications.
• Be an observant individual who actively suggests improvements to team workflows.
• Possess strong logical reasoning and communication abilities, with a drive to learn new technologies.
• If your background is primarily frontend:

1. Deep expertise in React, including component architecture, reusability, and state management.

2. Familiarity with modern frontend tooling, build systems, TypeScript, and automated testing.

3. Solid understanding of rendering performance, including optimization techniques and monitoring.

• If your background is primarily backend:

1. Experience with high-concurrency programming, including threading, locking, and asynchronous operations.

2. Familiarity with message queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ, and concepts of asynchronous communication and eventual consistency.

3. Knowledge of distributed systems principles, such as service discovery, circuit breakers, and load balancing.

Nice to have

• Contributions to open-source projects or significant personal GitHub repositories.
• Experience with cross-platform development for mobile and web.
