About the role

Binance is seeking early-career Full Stack Engineers to join our Pioneer Talent Program. You will act as a primary developer within our product teams, helping us transition toward an autonomous, AI-driven development lifecycle. This role includes a structured training curriculum and direct mentorship from industry experts to help you grow within the blockchain sector.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Manage the entire development lifecycle for product features, covering both frontend and backend tasks.
• Incorporate AI coding assistants like Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code into your daily routine to boost output.
• Build functional implementations from product requirements, reducing the need for handoffs between specialized teams.
• Serve as a technical seed, promoting full stack workflows and helping colleagues adopt AI-augmented development methods.
• Spot inefficiencies in engineering or design processes and suggest operational improvements.
• Participate in every stage of product creation, from initial concept and design to final deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science or an AI-related field.
• 1 to 5 years of professional work experience.
• Strong command of at least one backend language, specifically Java or Golang.
• Proficiency in Node.js and React.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end projects in a production environment.
• Knowledge of data modeling, database architecture, and backend principles.
• High level of skill using AI coding tools like Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code.
• Ability to manage AI outputs by writing clear prompts and validating, reviewing, and fixing generated code.
• Self-motivated approach to identifying and solving problems without waiting for instructions.
• Ability to convert abstract ideas into concrete technical specifications.
• Strong communication and logical reasoning skills.
• Frontend-focused candidates: Deep expertise in React, component architecture, state management, modern build tooling, TypeScript, and rendering performance optimization.
• Backend-focused candidates: Experience with high-concurrency programming, message queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ, and distributed systems architecture including load balancing and circuit breaking.

Nice to have

• Active involvement in open-source projects or significant GitHub repositories.
• Experience with cross-platform development across iOS, Android, and Web.
