Binance is seeking Full Stack Engineers to join product teams as foundational members. You will be instrumental in establishing a new development model that emphasizes autonomy and AI augmentation. This role is for individuals ready to take ownership and drive innovation.

What you'll do

• Take full responsibility for developing product features from the user interface to the server-side.
• Incorporate AI coding assistants like Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code into your daily work to enhance development speed.
• Transform product ideas into functional software, ensuring smooth transitions between frontend and backend work.
• Serve as a central figure for full stack development within your team, promoting best practices and AI integration.
• Identify and propose solutions for inefficiencies in how teams collaborate.
• Participate in all stages of the product lifecycle, from initial concept to ongoing improvements.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science or a related AI field.
• Possess 1 to 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Demonstrate strong skills in at least one backend language, such as Java or Golang.
• Be proficient in Node.js and React.
• Have a track record of managing complete projects through to production.
• Understand database principles, data structuring, and fundamental backend concepts.
• Be highly skilled in using AI coding tools like Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code.
• Be able to clearly instruct AI tools and critically evaluate AI-generated code.
• Exhibit a proactive and self-directed approach to work.
• Possess a product-focused mindset, capable of translating abstract concepts into concrete plans.
• Be observant of team dynamics and suggest process enhancements.
• Have strong analytical and communication abilities, with a drive to learn new technologies.
• If your background is primarily frontend:

1. Deep expertise in React, including component design and state management.

2. Familiarity with modern frontend tooling, TypeScript, and automated testing.

3. Solid understanding of web performance optimization and monitoring.

• If your background is primarily backend:

1. Experience with high-concurrency systems and asynchronous programming.

2. Familiarity with message queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ.

3. Knowledge of distributed system concepts such as service discovery and load balancing.

Nice to have

• Contributions to open-source projects or significant personal coding projects.
• Experience developing for multiple platforms, including mobile and web.
