Senior Operations Specialist

About the role

This role contributes to the development of a decentralized version of Binance, focusing on on-chain infrastructure, self-custody wallets, and a decentralized exchange. You will help users gain complete control over their digital assets for trading across blockchains.

What you'll do

• Oversee the day-to-day operations for Binance Wallet products and strategic projects.
• Develop and implement plans to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Manage operational projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and review.
• Coordinate marketing and community initiatives to boost user growth.
• Work with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure project success.
• Monitor important product and growth indicators, providing regular data analysis.
• Gather user input and market information to improve operations and products.
• Guide and assist less experienced team members.
• Support the rollout of new features and operational campaigns.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in operations, growth, or product operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently from inception to completion.
• Excellent skills in communication, coordination, and managing relationships with stakeholders.
• A strong analytical approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
• A genuine interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and Web3.
