What you'll do

• Manage global benefits programs, including insurance renewals, communications, implementation, and special projects like wellness initiatives.
• Participate in market benchmarking surveys, analyze compensation data, and offer recommendations for pay structures and levels.
• Consolidate, analyze, and report on compensation and benefits data to provide insights on talent and cost management, potentially developing tools for better accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in company-wide compensation review cycles, from data preparation to budget forecasting and implementation.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a solid understanding of C&B principles. Experience with HR consulting firms or in the tech, internet, or fintech industries is beneficial.
• Ability to perform effectively in a rapidly evolving environment, demonstrating responsibility and a focus on outcomes.
• Possess humility, strong critical thinking abilities, initiative, and a desire to learn.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel, GSuite, and AI tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
• Maintain a high level of integrity and ethical conduct.
