About the role
The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) offers a 3-6 month internship for early career individuals to gain practical experience in the growing digital assets sector. Interns will develop their skills while gaining insight into the operations of a leading blockchain organization. The program also provides networking opportunities and professional development to enhance career prospects.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Provide support for compliance and legal initiatives, including preparing documents, tracking deadlines, and maintaining organized records.
- Assist in creating project materials such as kick-off presentations, status updates, and meeting summaries to facilitate efficient workflows.
- Help coordinate the implementation of compliance vendor solutions by managing logistics, scheduling meetings, and tracking progress.
- Support business analysis, process mapping, and workflow enhancements under guidance.
- Conduct research on anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing topics as required.
- Contribute to drafting basic reports, presentations, and compliance communications.
- Organize data and maintain compliance systems like Relativity, ensuring accuracy and running basic queries.
- Act as a point of contact between teams to ensure timely follow-ups and effective communication.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, and data entry to assist the compliance and legal teams.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in any field, with a strong academic record. Candidates from prestigious universities are particularly encouraged to apply.
- A demonstrated interest in compliance, legal affairs, operations, project management, or similar fields, with prior internships, leadership roles, research, or project experience viewed favorably.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient with technology and data analysis; comfortable learning new systems and using tools like Excel, Python, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams across various time zones.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with effective problem-solving abilities; proactive and capable of independently completing tasks.
- Responsible, adaptable, and diligent, with a willingness to support during weekends if business needs arise.
Nice to have
- Experience with compliance-related software or tools.
Skills & tools
- Proficiency in Excel, Python, or similar data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with compliance systems and project management software.
