About the role

The Binance Accelerator Program offers a 3 to 6 month internship for early career professionals to gain direct experience within the global digital asset sector. You will join the Binance Agentic team to help build core agent capabilities and the skill ecosystem while contributing to product design and evaluation frameworks.

What you'll do

• Assist in designing agent task flows, user interaction patterns, and feedback loops.
• Support the maintenance of the Harness evaluation framework by curating test scenarios and analyzing performance.
• Collaborate with technical leads and engineers to translate business requirements into product specifications.
• Identify and research high-value agent use cases for Web3 wallets, payments, trading, and account services.
• Monitor industry trends in prompt engineering, tool-calling, and automated evaluation to generate product ideas.
• Track performance metrics such as task success rates, tool-calling accuracy, and user satisfaction.
• Analyze real-world agent usage to suggest improvements for operations and engineering.

Requirements

• Current university student or recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science.
• Demonstrated interest in AI, agent-based products, automation, or developer tools.
• Exposure to or interest in Web3, DeFi, crypto assets, or financial exchanges.
• Foundational knowledge of AI agent mechanics, including task planning, context management, and tool-calling.
• Ability to draft product requirement documents, flow diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency in English for global stakeholder coordination and technical research.
• High learning agility and the ability to manage tasks in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Personal projects or academic work involving LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI agents.
• Practical experience with fintech, on-chain trading, or crypto wallets.
• Technical familiarity with RAG, MCP, multi-agent orchestration, or workflow automation.
• Understanding of the Binance ecosystem or common Web3 user scenarios.
• Fluency in additional languages beyond English.
