About the role
The Binance Accelerator Program offers university students and recent graduates a 3 to 6 month internship to gain professional experience within the global blockchain sector. Participants will contribute to the Earn Regulatory team, managing compliance projects and product operations while developing industry-specific skills.

What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end regulatory project timelines, ensuring all milestones and sign-offs are completed across jurisdictions.
- Draft and update Business Requirement Documents, compliance trackers, meeting notes, and status reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact for specific regulatory workstreams, tracking action items and documenting project decisions.
- Coordinate with Legal, Product, Engineering, and regional compliance teams to align on project goals.
- Review product configurations, including UI changes and availability logic, to ensure they meet regulatory standards.
- Maintain audit trails and records of compliance approvals and remediation efforts.
- Support growth initiatives such as market entries and product launches by embedding compliance requirements into execution.
- Provide data analysis and presentation support for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of experience in project management via internships or entry-level roles.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Based in the Asia time zone (UTC+8 ±2).
- Current university student or recent graduate.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across different time zones.
- Strong logical, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as a point of contact and resolve issues.
- Familiarity with Binance Core Values and the principles of the organization.
- Willingness to complete a practical assignment and final presentation during the interview process.
Nice to have
- Prior exposure to crypto regulatory frameworks such as MiCA, ADGM/FSRA, UK FCA, HK SFC, PH SEC, or Japan FSA.
- Demonstrated interest in DeFi, Web3, and ongoing regulatory industry research.
