About the role

The Binance Accelerator Program offers a 3 to 6 month internship for students and recent graduates to gain practical experience within the digital asset industry. Participants contribute to real-world projects while building professional connections and technical expertise within a global blockchain environment.

What you'll do

• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate Large Language Models using internal and public datasets.
• Build and refine AI agents by working on prompt engineering, planning strategies, memory modules, and tool integration.
• Create and oversee data annotation pipelines, including defining schemas, setting labeling standards, and managing quality assurance.
• Partner with engineering and research departments to increase model scalability and performance.
• Execute experiments, analyze data, and maintain clear documentation of research findings.
• Test emerging frameworks and methodologies to improve AI agent and LLM functionality.

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate with a degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong grasp of deep learning and machine learning principles.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English for coordination with international stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to solve problems both individually and in a team setting.

Nice to have

• PhD degree.
• Familiarity with LLMs or transformer models such as Qwen or LLaMA.
• Practical experience or interest in model evaluation, fine-tuning methods like QLoRA or LoRA, and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of labeling tools and data annotation workflows.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
