Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop, test, and deploy production-ready code for core products and platforms.
- Assist in designing modules, defining interfaces, and integrating systems, including logging and performance tuning.
- Create and maintain automated tests and CI/CD configurations to enhance development efficiency.
- Support the implementation of AI/LLM functionalities, such as integrating APIs, building RAG pipelines, and incorporating tool/agent capabilities.
- Help manage datasets and benchmarks for evaluation, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues.
- Produce technical documentation and communicate effectively with various teams.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in software engineering principles, including data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and coding best practices.
- Proficiency in Python for engineering tasks.
- Familiarity with Git, basic Linux commands, debugging, unit/integration testing, RESTful APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Some project or internship experience with AI/LLMs, such as prompt engineering, RAG, or vector databases.
- Demonstrated ownership, communication, collaboration, and rapid learning abilities.
- Availability to commit at least 6 months, 5 days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience deploying web or backend services, with knowledge of caching, message queues, concurrency, or performance optimization.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), or observability tools (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK).
- Exposure to LLM evaluation, prompt iteration, data feedback loops, or basic fine-tuning.
