About the role

The Binance Accelerator Program is an internship designed for early career talent to gain direct experience in the rapidly expanding digital asset sector. Participants will develop skills at Binance and understand what it's like to work within the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. The program also offers networking and development opportunities to expand professional connections and build transferable skills.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Engage in the complete development cycle of product features, covering both frontend and backend, with guidance from senior engineers.
• Integrate and learn to use mainstream AI coding tools like Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code in daily development tasks.
• Help convert product requirements into functional implementations, minimizing friction between frontend and backend teams.
• Function as a "seed learner" for full stack development, absorbing practices, contributing ideas, and progressing towards autonomous full stack engineering.
• Observe inter-team collaboration and propose improvements for product, design, and engineering processes.
• Contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from initial design through deployment and subsequent iterations.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program or higher; a major in Computer Science or an AI-related field is beneficial.
• Practical project experience, which can include personal projects, academic coursework, prior internships, or open-source contributions.
• Fundamental knowledge in at least one backend language: Java or Golang.
• Familiarity with Node.js and contemporary frontend frameworks.
• Experience in developing end-to-end projects, whether personal, academic, or from an internship.
• Basic grasp of database design principles and core backend concepts.
• Familiarity with popular AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar.
• Capable of clearly defining requirements and limitations when interacting with AI tools.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, with a strong desire to learn and exceed defined responsibilities.
• Possesses a product-oriented mindset, showing curiosity about the purpose behind development tasks.
• Exhibits strong logical reasoning and communication abilities, with an eagerness to learn new technologies.

Nice to have

• Contributions to open-source projects or notable GitHub repositories.
• Experience in cross-platform development across iOS, Android, or Web.
• Prior internship or work experience at startup companies.
• A history of proactively creating internal tools or personal side projects.

Practical notes

This program is open to current university students and recent graduates. Terms of employment are subject to contract and local laws. Binance offers a competitive salary and company benefits. A work-from-home arrangement may be available, depending on the specific business team and work nature.
