Key facts

What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations for Binance's in-app VIP communities (English/Chinese) and Telegram channel, including access control.
• Create daily community content, optimize posting frequency, and support VIP marketing campaigns.
• Develop and implement community growth strategies, then summarize execution results.
• Manage daily VIP client swag inquiries and maintain swag-related data.

Requirements

• Experience in community or content operations, with the ability to plan and execute community activities independently.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin to coordinate with international partners and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams, ensure timely project delivery, and follow through on execution.
• Proficient with CRM and analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators.
• Strong written communication skills in both English and Chinese for data reporting.
• Skilled in using AI tools for content creation and research.
• Available to work 5 full days per week for a minimum 6-month contract.
