Junior Accounts Payable Accountant

About the role

Binance is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our finance department and manage daily accounts payable operations. You will support our global ecosystem by ensuring accurate processing of reimbursements and vendor invoices while maintaining strict adherence to internal financial controls.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Verify and process employee reimbursement requests based on internal guidelines.
• Check vendor invoices for accuracy and input data into NetSuite.
• Execute payment runs for invoices and reimbursements within authorized limits.
• Address and resolve payment or invoice issues with vendors and internal teams.
• Complete daily and monthly bank reconciliations and manage outstanding items.
• Contribute to month-end closing procedures for cash and accounts payable.
• Keep organized records to support audit requirements.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and segregation of duties.
• Help optimize expense workflows and AP processes within our financial systems.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in finance operations, shared services, or accounts payable.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate within established processes in a regulated environment.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to learn in a fast-moving atmosphere.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP software.
• Experience with invoice processing and expense management platforms.
• Interest in the cryptocurrency, fintech, or tech sectors.
• Ability to handle large volumes of transactions and meet strict deadlines.
• A proactive and organized approach to developing accounting and system expertise.
