About the role
You will own the end to end execution of a bold new market entry by partnering deeply with executive stakeholders to define and validate a high impact use case centered on CxO relationships. You will translate ambiguous business problems into clear operating hypotheses and design experiments that de risk the go to market approach before scaling. You will synthesize qualitative insights and quantitative signals into narratives that resonate with enterprise decision makers and guide product and commercial teams. You will act as the operational backbone for the strategy team, ensuring that complex initiatives move from concept to coordinated action without losing clarity or momentum. You will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, serving as a trusted partner who can navigate complex interpersonal dynamics with calm and professionalism. You will relentlessly track outcomes, learn from results, and iterate on both strategy and execution to maximize impact over time. You will champion a culture of curiosity, ownership, and rigorous follow through in everything you do.

What you'll do
- Drive account and key stakeholder research for the enterprise organizations in the segment, uncovering patterns and insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Craft all executive communications and deliverables (outside of formal proposal), ensuring clarity, precision, and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Orchestrate internal cross-functional coordination, collaboration, and processes to align teams around shared objectives and timelines.
- Manage engagement with the CxOs team at the prospect organization to ensure alignment on goals, expectations, and success metrics.
- Lead RFP responses as needed, including strategy and coordination of response materials to reflect our best thinking and value proposition.
- Accountable for pipeline generation within the new segment, focusing on the health and progression of opportunities rather than outbound activities.
- Independently develop thorough and complete analysis for each project, using structured thinking to break down complexity and surface key findings.
- Provide insights from project results which allow business partners to take effective action to improve our coaching platform and related offerings.
- Project manage multiple key business initiatives, at different stages, all at the same time, balancing priorities and maintaining momentum.
- Elevate cross-functional data driven decision making by creating tools, dashboards, and reports that bring clarity to executive discussions.
- Influence and build consensus around data insights and actionable next steps, guiding stakeholders toward aligned commitments.
- Collaborate with other functional leaders to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and grounded in both customer and business realities.
- Define and track end to end metrics for the new GTM initiative, connecting activities to outcomes and highlighting where the model is working or needs adjustment.
- Act as a thought partner to the strategy and operations team, challenging assumptions and proposing refinements based on evidence and emerging patterns.
- Represent the voice of the customer and the market within internal discussions, ensuring that strategic choices are grounded in real world needs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or equivalent experience, with a track record of delivering high impact projects in complex environments.
- BA/BS degree we are more interested in what you learned and how you have applied it to your life than what you studied, so choose examples that demonstrate your capabilities.
- Strong interest in organizational behavior, positive psychology, coaching, or behavioral sciences, because we geek out over this stuff on a daily basis and expect you to bring energy to these conversations.
- Intellectual and analytical curiosity, demonstrated by your initiative to dig into the why of various results and to question assumptions at every level of analysis.
- Strong experience with and comfort analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to derive specific, focused insights that drive action and inform decision making.
- Project management and execution skills, including attention to detail, commitment to consistently meeting timelines, operating from a sense of urgency, and an ability to prioritize across multiple projects and initiatives without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- Scrappiness and comfort operating in environments with incomplete information, ambiguity, and rapidly shifting priorities, while still maintaining rigor and clarity in your work.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the executive presence needed to manage complex interpersonal situations and earn trust with senior stakeholders.
- Experience working cross functionally and coordinating with peers, leaders, and stakeholders who have diverse perspectives and competing demands.
- A collaborative mindset and genuine commitment to building consensus, recognizing that the best outcomes are co created and require alignment across teams and functions.
- Comfort engaging with the CxOs team and board of directors at a high level, articulating ideas clearly and responding to challenging questions with confidence and humility.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex ideas into concise, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Willingness to travel as required by business needs, including within and between hub locations, to support strategy work and stakeholder engagements.
- Ability to work from one of our office hubs at least two days per week, or eight days per month, in accordance with our hybrid collaboration model.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism in all interactions.

This role is full time and based in Austin, TX, requiring adherence to our hybrid work agreement which includes office presence at least two days per week or eight days per month. We expect this position may involve travel between hub locations as needed to support strategy and operations initiatives, and we require eligibility to work in the locations specified during the application process.
