What you'll do
Serve as the primary strategic lead and executive counterpart for enterprise deployments, working directly alongside CHROs, CEOs, and business line leaders to define and execute human capital strategy.
Translate intricate business objectives and talent challenges into coherent, compelling transformation roadmaps that are both ambitious and executable.
Architect and own the end-to-end deployment plan, ensuring alignment between solution design, stakeholder communication, and measurable business outcomes.
Lead and orchestrate a cross-functional deployment team, coordinating delivery, data analytics, communications, and change management specialists toward shared goals.
Act as the chief storyteller for the engagement, crafting and delivering narratives that clearly articulate the value, progress, and impact of the BetterUp platform to executive sponsors.
Partner closely with the Account Team to identify, develop, and drive expansion opportunities that deepen the strategic relationship and maximize client value over time.
Champion a outcomes-first mindset, relentlessly focusing on the realization of promised transformation rather than merely completing project tasks.
Leverage pattern recognition and a coaching mindset to navigate complex organizational dynamics and remove barriers to adoption at scale.
Utilize AI-driven tools and insights to enhance client engagement, identify growth opportunities, and improve account performance through personalization and predictive analytics.
Provide thought leadership and advisory counsel that positions BetterUp as an indispensable partner in shaping the future of work and human potential.

You have a history of leading complex, cross-functional change initiatives and deployments that involve multiple teams and stakeholders.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required to craft, deliver, and adapt narratives that resonate deeply with diverse executive audiences.
You thrive in environments with high ambiguity, demonstrating a bias for action and a relentless commitment to improving outcomes and execution quality.
Experience operating within high-growth SaaS, human transformation platforms, or people technology companies is highly valued and preferred.
A mindset rooted in ownership, accountability, and long-term impact is non-negotiable for success in this role.
