About the role

Join the Secondary department to support daily operations by managing rate sheets, conducting pricing audits, and processing lock requests. This role involves ensuring accuracy in pricing data and handling various loan parameter changes. You will be a key contributor to the efficiency of our mortgage processes.

What you'll do

• Verify the accuracy of published rates within the pricing system daily.
• Enter and maintain all data related to pricing with precision.
• Review and confirm lock requests received by the lock desk.
• Process lock maintenance tasks, including extensions, re-locks, and renegotiations.
• Answer questions about pricing policies, procedures, and investor guidelines.
• Help prepare, execute, and input mandatory trade data.
• Investigate and resolve operational problems stemming from rate lock discrepancies.
• Research pricing requests and update the system with necessary adjustments.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Complete additional assigned duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, or a quantitative field.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to grasp complex numerical concepts.
• Effective communication skills for internal and external interactions.
• High level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity.
• Eagerness to learn and proactive in asking questions.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
