We are seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager to enhance our product development processes and manage our product roadmap infrastructure. This role is crucial for enabling our Product Management and Design teams to operate with maximum effectiveness.

What you'll do

Drive improvements to the product development lifecycle, including processes, rituals, and tools used by Product Managers, to boost team output and product quality.

Oversee the product roadmap, including the systems, infrastructure, and governance that ensure its accuracy, completeness, and visibility to all stakeholders.

Develop and refine Product Manager workflows within the product lifecycle, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to improve speed, quality, and consistency.

Establish and maintain standards for a well-organized and prioritized backlog, ensuring the quality of Product Requirements Documents before development begins.

Architect and maintain the technical foundation of our product operations, configuring Jira/Confluence and building automated system integrations.

Implement AI-powered tools and processes to accelerate Product Manager tasks such as drafting requirements, grooming backlogs, and synthesizing customer insights, focusing on measurable efficiency gains.

Manage the operational aspects of the product roadmap, building the necessary systems in Jira, Confluence, and dashboards to keep it current and reliable.

Define governance standards for roadmap data, including date confidence, data hygiene, and update frequency.

Create reporting and dashboards for leadership to provide insights into roadmap health and delivery risks.

Coordinate and facilitate product team events, including logistics and planning, to support team connection and content focus.

Manage the onboarding experience for new product managers.

Define and monitor metrics for Product team performance and process health, providing regular updates to Product leadership.

Requirements

Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher.

Possess at least 5 years of experience in product operations, product management, or similar functions within fast-growing technology companies.

Demonstrate extensive experience with product management and collaboration tools, specifically Jira/Confluence and Claude (or a comparable AI system).

Have a proven history of implementing and optimizing product development processes, metrics frameworks, and operational systems to enhance efficiency and quality.

Experience working with agile methodologies and adapting processes to meet diverse team needs while maintaining organizational consistency.

Experience leading or significantly contributing to a team's adoption of AI-driven workflows, distinguishing genuine workflow enhancements from superficial applications.

Exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams and executive leadership.

Possess strong project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Have experience with resource planning, capacity management, and budgeting processes to optimize team efficiency and product delivery.

Utilize a data-driven approach to product operations, having developed metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that offer visibility into product performance and team effectiveness.

Nice to have

Experience with Jira Product Discovery, Cursor, or Notion.
