This position focuses on developing and implementing custom solutions for enterprise partners joining the Bestow platform. You will architect and build integrations, manage data connections, and create tailored user experiences to ensure successful partner onboarding.

What you'll do

• Lead the design and execution of front-end and full-stack development for partner integrations, taking ownership of complex, partner-specific system architecture from start to finish.
• Develop reusable front-end components and API connections, establishing standards for partner-facing interfaces that can be adapted for future projects.
• Draft technical proposals with minimal supervision, identifying opportunities to transform unique partner requirements into standardized, maintainable solutions that improve efficiency for subsequent integrations.
• Collaborate with Implementation Managers, Business Systems Analysts, and Technical Program Managers to convert business needs into clear, actionable technical strategies.
• Provide technical guidance during code reviews, offering constructive feedback on architecture to enhance overall team quality.
• Prioritize a user-centric approach in integration design, ensuring partner interfaces are intuitive and the code is easy for future developers to maintain.
• Promote engineering best practices through thorough testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end coverage for all partner deliverables.
• Foster a security-conscious development environment, identifying and addressing any non-compliant code and ensuring reviewed contributions meet security standards.
• Establish guidelines for AI coding tool usage within the team, balancing productivity benefits with quality assurance and measuring their impact.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience, with substantial expertise in React and TypeScript.
• Proficient full-stack development skills, including professional experience with Go or Python.
• A solid understanding of GraphQL architecture, including schema design, performance tuning, resolver patterns, and the ability to influence API design decisions.
• Proven ability to manage complex implementation projects from initial planning through to successful delivery, working alongside cross-functional teams.
• Experience designing and interacting with gRPC/REST APIs, and building dependable integration layers between different systems.
• A demonstrated history of delivering accessible, high-performing, and production-ready front-end solutions that balance technical quality with project timelines.
• Familiarity with current front-end development tools, such as component libraries, build tools, and CI/CD systems.
• Strong communication abilities, comfortable discussing technical concepts and trade-offs with engineering leadership, implementation managers, and non-technical business stakeholders.
• A history of receiving positive peer feedback regarding technical contributions and collaborative skills.
• Experience with distributed systems or microservices is beneficial.
• A commitment to Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and iterative software development.
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor, and the ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code for security, maintainability, and architectural consistency, not just speed.
