Product GTM & Pipeline Tracking: Owned the institutional funnel for Pionex Card and high-interest deposit products — tracking registered user acquisition and assets-under-custody growth as primary commercial KPIs. AI-Powered BD Operations: Built custom BD automation bots using Claude Code to streamline partner outreach, qualify prospect lists, convert business intelligence into action items, and monitor real-time stablecoin market sentiment and regulatory developments.

Product GTM & Adoption: Owned merchant onboarding and adoption of in-app advertising products — a new revenue line for the platform. Designed the positioning framework that translated complex ad-targeting parameters (CTR, conversion rate, re-order rate, promo ROI) into clear business value for SMB owners, contributing to +65% YoY revenue growth in a mature competitive market.

Data-Driven Optimization & Customer Journey: Managed 150+ active merchant partnerships as the market-to-product feedback loop — gathered edge cases and performance data, ran A/B analyses on pricing and promotional mechanics, and fed structured insights back to the product team to shape localized feature development and retention strategies. Cross-Functional Launch Execution: Led a 16-person team spanning Operations, Sales, and Content — coordinating product rollouts across acquisition, activation, and retention stages and owning the full customer lifecycle motion for the SMB segment.

Product Positioning & Competitive Analysis: Evaluated new insurance products for market traction by analysing target audience segmentation, claims ratios, and yield environments — building positioning frameworks to determine which products to prioritise and how to message them to different customer segments. Regulatory Translation & Customer Narrative: Collaborated with actuarial and compliance teams on product pricing and regulatory adjustments, then translated those complex mechanics into customer-facing narratives — a direct analogue to explaining stablecoin reserve structures to institutional buyers.

Regulated Financial Fluency: Mastered FSC capital reserve allocations, KYC/AML frameworks, and suitability requirements — foundational knowledge for understanding how institutional capital navigates compliance-first environments. Promoted to Regional Manager ahead of every peer in cohort.
