Product Manager, Enterprise

About the role

Baseten provides infrastructure for companies like Cursor, Notion, and Writer to deploy AI models. We are building our product function from the ground up and seeking a leader to define our enterprise strategy while working directly with our founders and engineering teams.

What you'll do

• Transform our current deal-by-deal enterprise readiness process into a standardized, scalable platform capability.
• Develop a product roadmap that anticipates the needs of regulated customers regarding deployment models, compliance, identity, and billing.
• Act as the primary advocate for enterprise customers by converting sales requirements into repeatable, sellable product features.
• Collaborate with GTM and engineering teams to ensure enterprise readiness is a core, priced component of the Baseten platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, specifically within B2B infrastructure, security, compliance, identity, networking, or billing.
• Proven track record of shipping enterprise-grade features such as multi-cloud deployments, SSO, RBAC, SOC 2, HIPAA, VPC, PrivateLink, and usage-based billing.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders in security and procurement.
• A product-first mindset that prioritizes building scalable solutions over negotiating one-off customer exceptions.

Nice to have

• Experience working with machine learning infrastructure.
• Background in selling to or building for highly regulated sectors like financial services, government, or healthcare.
