About the role
This position is for a Growth Marketer to expand base-power's customer base in new markets. You will manage customer acquisition targets and the channel mix to achieve them. This involves planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across both offline and digital channels.

What you'll do
- Meet customer acquisition goals across various growth channels, focusing on cost-per-acquisition, response rates, and conversion.
- Create and manage acquisition campaigns for both offline and digital channels, from developing creative content and targeting audiences to managing vendors and production.
- Design and conduct thorough tests on formats, messages, offers, and targeting, using the results to improve channel performance.
- Work closely with the design team to create compelling campaign visuals that stand out.
- Use performance data to make decisions, determining what to scale up, what to fix, and what to discontinue.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure direct mail and broader growth efforts align with market expansion plans.
Requirements
- Experience in growth marketing, with direct responsibility for acquisition campaigns in consumer or related businesses, across offline or digital channels.
- Strong understanding of campaign operations, including production workflows, vendor management, list sourcing and segmentation, and large-scale A/B testing.
- Creative intuition, with an interest in the customer's visual experience beyond just the data.
- Data proficiency, able to link campaign performance to website behavior and CRM outcomes.
- Experience collaborating with design, sales, and product teams, translating growth objectives into clear actions.
