What you'll do

• Manage a single high-priority project, such as a company acquisition, a commercial agreement, or a new market launch.
• Organize complex problems by setting goals, assigning responsibilities, and creating clear proposals for leadership decisions.
• Create necessary analytical tools, including financial models, performance trackers, and summary documents.
• Direct cross-functional initiatives, coordinating efforts across engineering, market operations, legal, finance, and customer operations without direct authority.
• Collaborate closely with Base's leadership team on key strategic decisions.
• Develop a deep understanding of the business by working with deployment, markets, and customer teams to ensure practical recommendations.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience, including a strong background at a top consulting firm with high performance ratings.
• Experience in an operational role where you were responsible for outcomes, not just recommendations, is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead a cross-functional program from start to finish, such as an integration, market entry, partnership launch, or business turnaround.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of building models, validating data, and identifying key metrics.
• Excellent writing skills that facilitate decision-making.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations, defining your own objectives, creating structure, and initiating work independently.
• Demonstrates humility and a strong sense of ownership, handling diverse tasks from administrative details to leadership presentations.
• Proficient in using AI tools to enhance productivity and capable of verifying AI-generated outputs.
