About the role
Bandwidth is looking for a specialist to manage the full lifecycle of number portability for assigned countries. You will join a global team to facilitate communications infrastructure and provide backup support for international processes.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Enter Local Number Portability data into internal back office systems.
- Review and analyze data to ensure accuracy and compliance with portability requirements.
- Submit porting requests based on customer needs.
- Coordinate with customers to gather necessary information for system updates.
- Monitor and report on the status of all LNP requests until completion.
- Provide status updates to customers and respond to general inquiries.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Perform quality checks on completed LNP requests using internal software.
- Identify and report system bugs or process failures and track them through to resolution.
- Assist in testing system fixes and managing partner communication tools.
- Prepare data for monthly reports according to team guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, numeracy, and analytical reporting skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, plan ahead, and work proactively within a team.
Nice to have
- Fluency in German, French, or Spanish.
