About the role

Bandwidth is looking for an Internal Applications Engineer III to manage enterprise automation and NetSuite development. You will build technical frameworks, design automated workflows, and create interfaces that improve internal operations and data accessibility.

What you'll do

• Identify and execute automation tasks using generative AI and low-code or no-code platforms.
• Create user-facing tools using platforms such as UI Bakery.
• Build data pipelines to move information from NetSuite, Salesforce, and other sources into S3 or Snowflake.
• Manage Snowflake objects including tables, streams, tasks, and SQL views.
• Develop AI-integrated solutions using Langchain, Flowise, Anthropic, and OpenAI.
• Write Python and JavaScript scripts to handle API integrations and task automation.
• Test, refine, and document all developed solutions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather requirements and support IT troubleshooting.
• Ensure all automated processes adhere to data privacy and security standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven work with low-code or no-code platforms like n8n, Retool, UI Bakery, or nodered.
• Experience with AI-powered tools such as Flowise, Langchain, or OpenAI.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
• Experience with system integration tools including Boomi, Windmill, n8n, or Accumatica.
• Technical knowledge of JSON, webhooks, and RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of machine learning, NLP, and generative AI concepts.
