What you'll do
- Develop and launch agentic tools and data systems capable of predicting human drug outcomes.
- Manage end-to-end customer deliverables, including data generation, quality control, analysis, and presenting findings to influence drug program decisions.
- Collaborate with pharmaceutical drug hunters, AI researchers, and internal teams to integrate experimental datasets into active discovery workflows.
- Coordinate across chemistry, biology, machine learning, and engineering departments to translate customer requirements into scalable data and model improvements.
- Refine analytical frameworks and reduce cycle times for future engagements by productionizing insights from agentic workflows.
- Perform independent data analysis to enhance the quality of Axiom datasets.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in chemistry, cheminformatics, toxicology, or computational chemistry.
- Significant professional experience in drug discovery, specifically in hit-to-lead, lead-optimization, or candidate nomination phases.
- Proficiency in medicinal chemistry, including structure-activity relationships, structure-property relationships, matched molecular pairs, and hit-to-lead design.
- Technical expertise in ADME/DMPK, PK/PD interpretation, physicochemical property optimization, and exposure-response reasoning.
- Ability to manage customer relationships and communicate complex technical results to partners in biotech and large pharma.
- Experience identifying technical needs and translating them into actionable experimental and analytical plans.
