You will build scalable, secure services that are architected for long-term performance and unwavering reliability in diverse environments. You will turn ambiguous, real-world problems into clear technical plans and then execute with speed and precision alongside cross-functional partners. You will partner closely with product, design, QA, and customer-facing teams to ship outcomes that meaningfully move the clean-energy transition forward. You will raise engineering excellence through consistent code reviews, hands-on pairing, and mentorship that strengthens the entire team. You will own what you build end to end, including deep involvement in observability, incident response, and participation in the on-call rotation. You will champion a culture of curiosity, intentionful collaboration, and quality at every layer from architecture down to the last edge case.
