About the role

Aurelian develops AI technology to assist 911 centers in managing high call volumes and improving emergency response. You will join our team to drive the adoption of our AVA and CORA platforms, helping public safety agencies modernize their operations and reduce staff burnout.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Prospect into mid-sized PSAPs and ECCs using outbound calling and email to build a consistent pipeline.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial discovery and product demonstrations to procurement and closing.
• Handle deals typically valued between $25K and $70K.
• Maintain accurate records and deal progression within HubSpot.
• Develop a deep understanding of the public safety sector to refine your sales pitch and strategy.
• Achieve consistent quota attainment as you grow our footprint in the 911 space.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably within SaaS or inside sales environments.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding pipeline and quota targets.
• Ability to work from our Seattle office five days a week.
• Proficiency in cold outreach and comfort with high-volume phone and email communication.
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing a sales funnel in a CRM.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for industry conferences or client meetings.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working within the public sector, 911 operations, or public safety technology.
• Familiarity with HubSpot.
