Program Coordinator

About the role

You will assist major brands in executing retention marketing strategies across SMS and email channels. By working alongside the Customer Success team, you will implement marketing initiatives that drive growth and customer conversion. You will act as a platform expert, translating client needs into technical execution within the Attentive interface.

What you'll do

• Deliver onboarding and recurring service engagements to provide value to customers.
• Build and manage list growth tools, segments, campaigns, journeys, reports, and email sends within the Attentive UI.
• Support cross-channel marketing efforts including promotional emails, automated journeys, and transactional messaging.
• Apply industry best practices for SMS and email to improve customer engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client goals are met.
• Manage assigned accounts to maintain high levels of platform adoption.
• Provide creative solutions and execute tasks efficiently.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product recommendations.
• Maintain and update internal documentation and workflows.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Support, Customer Success, or Agency environments.
• Understanding of key performance metrics including revenue, list growth, and message-level performance.
• Ability to learn quickly and find creative solutions to technical limitations.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and time management.
• Proactive communication style via Slack and Zoom.

Nice to have

• Experience with e-commerce or SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with email marketing execution, including transactional messaging and automated journeys.
