Finance Manager, Revenue

About the role

Attentive is seeking an FP&A Manager to serve as the primary financial partner for our G&A functions, including Finance, People, Legal, Facilities, and Operations. This individual contributor role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning while providing strategic insights to senior leadership.

What you'll do

• Act as the main financial point of contact for G&A department heads.
• Manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts for headcount and operating expenses.
• Conduct monthly business reviews to analyze variances and identify financial risks or opportunities.
• Build financial models to evaluate business cases for new software, hiring, and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain capacity models to translate hiring plans into financial outcomes.
• Define and track operational KPIs such as vendor concentration and cost per employee.
• Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure reporting accuracy and provide variance analysis.
• Update and improve financial systems and processes to support company growth.
• Present strategic recommendations and financial narratives to executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or business operations.
• Bachelor degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for building scalable financial models.
• Strong presentation skills using Google Slides or PowerPoint.
• Ability to influence and build relationships across departments.
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with high ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience in subscription, usage-based, eCommerce, or SaaS business models.
• Familiarity with Anaplan, NetSuite, Salesforce, Snowflake, or Looker.
• Experience with AI tools like Codex or Claude.
