About the role
In this position, you will oversee the technology strategy for assigned clients while guiding a team of Systems Engineers and Senior Systems Engineers. Your role will involve managing client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of technical projects. You will also play a key part in mentoring your team and driving their professional development.

What you'll do
- Create and implement a technology roadmap tailored to client needs.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, handling escalations and providing technical guidance.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, overseeing all technical projects and offering consultative services.
- Identify challenges and propose enhancements for operational and security processes.
- Coach engineers through knowledge sharing and best practices in their daily tasks.
- Mentor team members, fostering engagement and productivity.
- Approve requests for employee wellness time-off and manage PTO.
- Drive performance metrics and client feedback to align with Atlas Technica's support strategy.
- Support initiatives that promote career development in accordance with company goals.
- Participate in efforts to enhance organizational functions, processes, and technology for both Atlas Technica and its clients.
- Assist with various managerial, technical, and operational responsibilities throughout the organization.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, and Azure AD, particularly in service architecture and implementation.
- Strong systems administration skills with Microsoft Windows Server platforms and Active Directory, and familiarity with Citrix XenApp is a plus.
- Experience with endpoint threat management solutions like Sophos.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, LAN/DMZ/WAN, DHCP, DNS, routing, switching, and firewalls.
- Experience implementing and supporting enterprise networking equipment, including Palo Alto and Cisco products.
- Familiarity with public cloud platforms, especially Azure, in terms of architecture and implementation.
- Ability to create and maintain comprehensive technical and procedural documentation.
- Must be physically capable of meeting job requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing or sitting for extended periods, and performing various physical tasks.
Nice to have
- Significant experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment, particularly with the ConnectWise suite.
- Knowledge of scripting or automation frameworks, such as PowerShell or Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with financial industry applications like Bloomberg, Thompson Reuters, FactSet, or CapIQ.
- Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Box, Dropbox, Duo, Okta, and AirWatch.
- Ability to support Citrix XenApp or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, including Carbon Black, Cylance, Crowdstrike, or Cyberhat.
- Experience with email security gateways like Mimecast, IronPort, or Proofpoint.
- Advanced understanding of storage and virtualization platforms, including Nimble, Pure Storage, NetApp, EMC, VMware, Hyper-V, or XenServer.
