About the role

Astreya is hiring a Senior Insights Analyst to join the Employee Experience Insights and AI Enablement Team. You will build the analytics foundation for the Central Technology team to govern AI investments and improve IT service delivery.

What you'll do

• Create executive dashboards to link AI spending to strategic business outcomes.
• Manage the AI cost analytics platform using LiteLLM, Snowflake, and LangSmith.
• Build architecture to track token usage across teams, applications, and models.
• Design datasets for IT service delivery performance across global service desks and endpoint operations.
• Integrate data from ServiceNow, DEX Performance Analytics, and collaboration tools like Poly Lens.
• Identify and prioritize AI automation opportunities based on ROI and complexity.
• Develop a framework to measure productivity impacts of AI tools including Claude, Copilot, Gemini, and AWS Bedrock.
• Migrate legacy reporting to dynamic, AI-assisted dashboards in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.

Requirements

• Experience in data analytics, reporting, and dashboarding for both operational and executive audiences.
• Proficiency in Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric for pipeline design and analytics.
• Expertise in Microsoft Power BI for report development.
• Ability to integrate data from APIs, event streams, and SaaS platforms.
• Experience managing the full data solution lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LiteLLM, LangSmith, or LLM observability tools.
• Knowledge of AI cost structures, token economics, and usage attribution.
• Experience with agentic analytics solutions such as Claude Code.
• Background in ServiceNow data structures for ITSM or HRSD.
• Experience in workforce analytics or digital employee experience platforms.
• Exposure to Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, or AWS Bedrock.
