What you'll do

• Identify and attract top talent using LinkedIn, job boards, and referral networks.
• Manage talent pools for roles in sales, marketing, operations, executive support, and healthcare.
• Execute sourcing plans for challenging vacancies and explore new recruitment channels.
• Perform preliminary interviews and competency evaluations to assess technical ability and cultural alignment.
• Conduct background checks, verify credentials, and provide clients with comprehensive candidate summaries.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle within our ATS and CRM systems.
• Facilitate interview scheduling and maintain high standards for candidate communication.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and contribute to process improvements.
• Partner with leadership and account managers to align on client needs and market trends.

Requirements

• Prior experience in agency or internal recruitment.
• Proficiency in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and similar platforms.
• Strong skills in interviewing and assessing candidate potential.
• Professional written and verbal English proficiency.
• Ability to handle multiple open roles at once with high attention to detail.
• Experience working autonomously in a remote setting.

Nice to have

• Background in recruiting for professional services, executive support, or healthcare.
• Experience with international recruitment.
• Familiarity with behavioral interviewing methods.
• Previous use of ATS and CRM software.
