Join Ashby's Customer Education team to create impactful learning experiences for users. You will be responsible for developing and refining educational content that helps customers effectively use the Ashby platform. This role involves hands-on content creation and strategic collaboration to ensure our educational resources are practical and scalable.

What you'll do
- Manage new customer education projects from initial concept to final release, including courses, playbooks, and recordings.
- Define the objectives and structure for each learning asset, gathering input from subject matter experts and designing the content.
- Update and improve existing Academy content to reflect current Ashby functionalities and best practices.
- Transform complex Ashby workflows into clear, practical, and results-oriented educational materials.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Product Marketing, and Recruiting Operations Consulting to identify key education needs and deliver timely resources.
- Help establish and refine the systems and standards that support the Customer Education program's growth while maintaining high quality.
- Explore and implement alternative learning formats such as tutorials and in-app guidance for just-in-time learning.
- Manage 2-3 new courses or major playbooks per quarter, alongside ongoing content maintenance.
Requirements
- Deep familiarity with Ashby, including its workflows, potential user challenges, and effective usage.
- Experience teaching complex subjects, either through live instruction or written materials, with an understanding of how to scale that knowledge.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently without losing momentum.
- Strong writing skills, capable of making intricate topics clear and useful.
- Comfortable recording voiceovers for customer-facing educational content.
- Capability to own projects from problem identification through to launch, without needing a fully detailed plan upfront.
- Skilled at collaborating with subject matter experts to extract necessary information efficiently.
- Good judgment in determining the appropriate scope for content, balancing depth, simplicity, and speed.
