About the role
Ashby is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new business acquisition within the UKI region. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle for accounts with 100 to 1,000 employees, from initial pipeline generation to closing deals. You will focus on securing new logos for our rapidly expanding enterprise software platform.

What you'll do
- Manage the complete sales process for mid-market accounts in the UKI.
- Generate over 50% of your own sales pipeline through proactive outreach and innovative strategies.
- Become an expert on Ashby's product suite and the broader industry landscape.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to specific customer needs.
- Navigate complex sales cycles, engaging key stakeholders to build consensus for strategic technology decisions.
- Consistently close new business deals with an average contract value exceeding $50,000.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates within the CRM system.
- Travel at least 25% of the time for client meetings and company events.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle closing sales roles.
- Proven track record of closing multiple deals over $50,000 ACV.
- Experience selling intricate platform technologies in a sales-led market approach.
- Demonstrated ability to self-source more than 50% of your sales pipeline.
- Experience selling across various regions within EMEA.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.

- Prior experience selling to HR or Talent acquisition professionals.
- Background in a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) role.
