Key facts
What you'll do
- Prepare and clean clinical datasets for AI model development and validation.
- Perform statistical analyses for oncology studies, both retrospective and prospective.
- Create statistical summaries, tables, and figures for internal use, publications, and regulatory filings.
- Assist in verifying and quality checking existing analytical processes.
- Document analytical steps and decisions to ensure reproducibility.
- Collaborate with colleagues in Biostatistics, AI, Clinical, Product, and Regulatory departments.
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Data Science, Public Health, or a similar discipline.
- Proficiency in using R for statistical analysis.
- Solid understanding of statistical methodologies and study design principles.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to diverse audiences.
- Capacity to manage assigned analytical tasks independently while integrating feedback.
- A demonstrated interest in applying biostatistics within healthcare, oncology, AI, or clinical product development.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with clinical, biomedical, oncology, pathology, genomics, imaging, real-world health, or clinical trial data.
- Familiarity with survival analysis or regression modeling techniques.
- Experience with Python, SQL, or cloud computing platforms.
- Experience developing reproducible analysis workflows using tools like R Markdown, Quarto, or Git.
- Experience contributing to scientific abstracts, manuscripts, presentations, or reports for external collaborators.
- An interest in AI/ML applications in the healthcare sector.
