100% Remote PMHNP
Job description
100% Remote PMHNP at Array Behavioral Care.
About the role
This position centers on owning the full lifecycle of virtual behavioral health care delivered to patients in community health center environments. You will act as the primary psychiatric clinician, shaping assessment strategies and directing individualized care plans through your clinical judgment. The role requires you to translate complex psychological and social information into clear written recommendations that other professionals can act on immediately. You are expected to set your own standards for documentation quality, timeliness, and compliance with every regulatory requirement. Collaboration is structured around sharing concise updates, asking for input early, and making it easy for the multidisciplinary team to build on your work. Success in this role will be measured by the accuracy of your assessments, the safety and clarity of your recommendations, and your ability to maintain strong partnerships with on-site teams. You will consistently exercise professional judgment while working fully independently in a virtual setting. This is a role for a self-driven professional who takes ownership of outcomes and communicates with precision and transparency.

Questions to ask
Worth asking in any interview: how the team measures success, who the role works with daily, what the onboarding looks like, and what the company is trying to achieve this year. Asking what past hires did well is a strong final question. Keep the list short and pick the questions that matter most to you.
Career growth
Career growth comes from taking on harder problems and making your work visible. Look for opportunities to own outcomes, mentor others, and learn the business beyond your team. Growth in any career comes from scope, results, and reputation. Take on work that is slightly uncomfortable, and make sure others can see the outcomes.
