About the role

Arize AI seeks an AI Application Engineer based in Singapore with remote flexibility. You will own the full lifecycle of AI applications, from intake through deployment and partner collaboration. This position requires three to five years of software experience. You solve hard problems with code while operating in a high-impact, autonomous role. You translate ambiguous business needs into reliable AI workflows and serve as the technical bridge between complex models and real users. In this capacity, you will drive adoption by crafting intuitive tools that abstract complexity without sacrificing power. You will act as a hands-on builder who champions quality, reliability, and clarity in every deliverable. Your work will directly influence how enterprise teams design, ship, and scale AI products.

What you'll do

Design intake workflows that capture user requirements and data context for AI systems.

Architect and build internal tools and copilots using Python and Golang to accelerate team delivery.

Rapidly prototype proof-of-concepts for customer scenarios with LLM APIs and frameworks.

Instrument production flows with OpenTelemetry and distributed tracing for reliable AI behavior.

Collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Solutions to remove adoption barriers for clients.

Partner with customers to refine specifications and align AI outputs to business goals.

Validate model outputs through rigorous review processes before wide deployment.

Maintain and enhance Arize AX workspace to unify build, test, and run in one environment.

Implement integrations that connect Arize AX with customer toolchains and CI/CD pipelines.

Break down complex problems into modular components that can be iterated on quickly.

Synthesize feedback from pilots to inform product improvements and feature prioritization.

Champion best practices for prompt engineering, evaluation metrics, and testing of AI systems.

Support deployment of updates to AI applications with attention to stability and performance.

Mentor junior engineers by providing code reviews, guidance, and clear technical communication.

Requirements

You must have two to five years of hands-on software experience in relevant roles.

You must write strong Python and Golang while shipping fixes in live production systems.

You must handle generative AI, including LLM APIs and copilot development.

You must work with OpenTelemetry and distributed tracing concepts daily.

You must know AI frameworks such as CrewAI, Langchain, Langgraph, DiFy, and LiteLLM.

You must adapt to JavaScript and TypeScript for tooling and integrations.

You must excel as a debugger and fast learner in ambiguous situations.

You must act as an independent creator of solutions without waiting for direction.

You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift frequently.

You must have strong written communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly.

You must be able to collaborate effectively across distributed teams and time zones.

You must take ownership of your work and follow through on commitments reliably.

You must respect customer data and adhere to strict confidentiality standards.

Experience speaking with customers in support or advisory roles.

Building copilots, plugins, or custom GenAI applications for real users.
