In the Electronics Category, I managed all supply chain processes and projects. I developed extensive process guides for self-service by sellers and category teams, and automated complex reports for the category team.

• ~200% increase in less than 3 days delivery promises on YoY (FY22); ~20% increase in promises below 7 days
• 4% increase in adherence to these aggressively improved promises (FY22 vs FY21)
• B2B order contribution increased to >15% with <5% cancellations through GST invoicing project
• ~10% man-hour reduction in the PO creation process in SAP through process re-engineering
• Improved revenue by ~25lacs INR /year through decreasing seller rejections by 20%

I on-boarded and trained new vendors, devised SOPs, forecasted supply, provided MIS support using SQL and R, and supervised operations of 4 3PL warehouses. I also helped design and set-up a grocery warehouse in Dubai.

Performed affinity analysis on POS data for 105 SKUs in ~5k stores, using binary aggregation & built a scalable model in R.

• Devised a novel approach to Market Basket Analysis from sales and inventory data using stock-out information

As an Engineer Trainee, I supported process optimisation, conducted risk assessments for maintenance, and managed SAP-based work permits.

• Led a project to identify and eliminate defects in rubber bales, improving product consistency
• Recognised by the Process HOD for resolving leakage issues in the ammonia plant, enhancing reliability

As a trainee, reviewed the downstream crude oil refining throughout various plants and suggested improvements.
