You own the end-to-end process that transforms satellite platform designs into flight-ready hardware. This position is a single point of accountability for system-level integration, verification, anomaly resolution, and flight readiness. You will communicate across diverse teams while managing risk and ensuring strict compliance.

What you'll do
Orchestrating system-level integration to align interfaces and data flows across multiple subsystems.
Designing and coordinating functional and environmental test campaigns to validate performance under demanding conditions.
Drafting, reviewing, and approving detailed test procedures that guide verification activities.
Analyzing test datasets to isolate failures and guiding corrective actions to closure.
Owning verification evidence and maintaining traceable documentation for audits and regulatory needs.
Supporting qualification events, acceptance testing, and launch site activities when required.
Tracking requirement changes, risks, and mitigation plans throughout integration and test cycles.
Partnering with manufacturing, quality, and subsystem teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
Requirements
U.S. citizenship is mandatory for handling export-controlled data and related documentation.
Holding a Bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical, systems engineering, or a related discipline.
Possessing over 6 years of hands-on experience in system integration, test, and qualification.
Demonstrating a strong understanding of satellite subsystems and how they interact at the system level.
Proven ability to plan and execute system-level tests that reveal design issues early.
Excellent problem-solving, organization, and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
Prior flight hardware experience in demanding programs.
Experience supporting spacecraft environmental testing campaigns.
Knowledge of aerospace verification and qualification standards.
Background in production or high-rate manufacturing environments.
