Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop and present effective solutions for clients utilizing Apex's technology and API services.
- Collaborate with newly acquired clients post-sales to assist in their implementation efforts.
- Guide existing clients on how to maximize Apex's API features to enhance their offerings.
- Lead architecture discussions, design intricate solutions, and ensure operational success.
- Serve as the technical representative for clients within Apex, conveying their requirements to engineering and product teams.
- Document customer use cases to advocate for enhancements in Apex's API suite.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the technologies utilized in the banking and financial sectors.
- Build expertise in Apex's technologies and stay informed about new advancements in cloud infrastructure and data processing.
- Communicate Apex's technical capabilities to both technical teams and executive leadership.
- Present complex technical concepts effectively during client interactions and influence product roadmaps based on client and industry needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in a technical solutions role within financial services or technology.
- Strong experience in developing, testing, and maintaining REST APIs.
- Familiarity with public cloud infrastructure and microservices architecture.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address client needs.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C#, C++, or Go.
Nice to have
- Experience in the FinTech sector.
- Background in project management.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools, particularly Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with real-time data processing technologies such as Apache Kafka, AWS Kinesis, or Google Pub/Sub.
- Understanding of monitoring tools and DevOps practices.

Salary Range
$89,091 - $111,364
This salary range reflects the annual base salary for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
