Designed and delivered training programs for farmers with scientists from CSIR-CIMAP, promoting climate-smart

Teaching, Mentorship & Training Activities: Designed and supervised a 21-day industrial training program for 20
Agricultural Science students from Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Uttar Pradesh under Project Sankalp in
November 2025. Organized an event felicitating 200 farmers on National Farmers Day on 23
December,2025.
Free Mentha Root Distribution to more than 500 farmers in February,2026 and working on a pilot regenerative
project for 5 years with 100 farmers on 6 different crops (Mint, Potato, Paddy, Onion, Millet, Maize, Sugarcane).
Working on sustainability initiatives with leading global organizaions like Symrise, Givaudan, dsm-Firmenich, Mars,
Takasago, Colgate-Palmolive, Lush, Frey+Lau GmbH, Tanager, Callisons, GIZ, Dalberg, Haleon, UNGCI, and
many more.

Work with academics, industry partners, granters and funders to convert high-quality research and analysis into practical
and impactful solutions through biofuel pellets, biochar-based fertilizers, biodegradable cutleries and other value-added
products from agricultural waste.
Work with cross-sectoral experts, collectives, interns, vendors and contractors to deliver products and processes as
solutions
Initiatives will go from research and design to deployed reality. Maintenance, follow-up and improving existing products
and processes are to be conducted by creating systems, processes, and methods for continuous monitoring and evaluation
