Join Anthropic's Verticals team to develop specialized AI products for key industries like finance, science, and healthcare. Many of these initiatives are starting from scratch, offering a chance to shape product and architectural decisions in new markets. For established products, you'll contribute to rapid growth with existing enterprise clients.

Enterprise AI Products: Creates essential tools for enterprise-wide Claude adoption, including plugins, skills, shared context, user management, security, compliance, and analytics.
What you'll do
- Lead technical design and delivery for a core vertical or enterprise product component, covering the entire stack.
- Collaborate with research to improve models for your domain, identifying issues and integrating customer feedback.
- Partner with product, design, and go-to-market teams to translate enterprise workflows into delivered products.
- Define technical standards for your team, including architecture and code quality.
- Engage directly with enterprise customers and sales to inform engineering priorities.
- Mentor other engineers and elevate the team's technical capabilities through influence.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a Staff or equivalent technical leadership role.
- Experience leading the design and delivery of complex enterprise or B2B full-stack products.
- Background in building AI products and converting model capabilities into usable applications.
- Comfort interacting with enterprise customers and translating insights into technical decisions.
- History of building products from inception in dynamic environments, setting technical direction with limited precedents.
- Ability to drive cross-team alignment for impactful work, using influence rather than direct authority.
Nice to have
- Experience collaborating with research to enhance domain-specific model capabilities, including evaluation frameworks.
- Deep knowledge in financial services (investment banking, asset management, insurance, corporate finance), scientific research (computational biology), healthcare (clinical operations, health systems, payers), or enterprise platform development.
- Exposure to both product-led growth and direct enterprise sales strategies.
