About the role

You will lead a team of Account Executives focused on acquiring new business from high-growth startups. This role involves building sales processes and coaching your team to help customers integrate our AI technology into their operations.

What you'll do

• Manage, mentor, and coach a team of Account Executives to improve individual and collective results.
• Create and implement scalable processes for account planning, deal negotiations, and quarterly business reviews.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing departments to target and capture new business opportunities.
• Monitor account health and assist the team in managing at-risk clients.
• Provide guidance on technical sales, consultative selling, and complex contract negotiations.
• Oversee operational metrics, including forecasting accuracy and pipeline management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in account management or enterprise software sales.
• 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership role.
• Proven history of hitting revenue targets and developing high-performing sales staff.
• Experience working with high-growth technology companies and the startup ecosystem.
• Background in selling technical products, such as APIs, infrastructure, or machine learning solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and professional experience.
• Ability to work from the office at least 25% of the time.
