About the role

You will lead the strategy and production of educational resources designed to help users master Claude. This role focuses on building a dynamic, scalable library that adapts to model updates, ensuring learners receive high-quality, interactive guidance at the right time.

What you'll do

• Direct the end-to-end content lifecycle for developers, enterprise admins, and general users.
• Define and enforce quality standards for all educational materials, including courses, tutorials, and interactive media.
• Manage a team of content strategists and media designers while coordinating with external agencies.
• Architect production workflows that integrate Claude to accelerate drafting and maintenance.
• Establish metrics to evaluate learning efficacy and iterate on content based on performance data.
• Oversee global expansion, including localization and audience-specific strategies.

Requirements

• Proven leadership in managing content, curriculum, or education functions at scale.
• Experience building technical curriculum and the ability to coach teams on complex subject matter.
• Strong editorial judgment and the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated success in building cross-functional systems that unify product, design, and engineering.
• Experience producing content using Claude or similar AI tools to optimize output.
• Background in high-growth technology environments with shifting priorities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience teaching advanced AI or machine learning topics.
• Background in designing adaptive learning products, such as simulations or tutoring systems.
• Experience creating AI-assisted production workflows and defining the boundaries of human oversight.
